How we use AI
Trailpost is a small studio. We use AI tools for some of the work, and this page explains where.

The short version
- AI helps us write code. It helps build the games, simulations, and lessons, and this website.
- We use art made by people whenever we can.
- We use AI to make art only when we need to. We do that when no art made by people fits what a product needs.
Code
We use AI coding tools to help write and fix the code that runs Trailpost games, simulations, lessons, and this website.
Art
When possible, the pictures, icons, and game art in our products are made by people. That includes our own work, public-domain images, and art that artists have released for anyone to use. When nothing made by people fits what a product needs, we use AI to make the art.
